We still only use the FINEST ingredients.
We buy a large portion of our food from Napoli Foods, the northeast's leading importer and distributor of fine Italian food products.
We use the best Italian plum tomatoes in their own juice, with fresh basil, for our pizza sauce. No paste or puree is used! You can taste is the difference! Our cheese is whole milk mozzarella, and we shred it on the premises daily to ensure freshness. It is a consistently even-melting cheese which is not too salty or greasy. It's just the right consistency for an even bake.
Our Italian Pepperoni has just the right "bite" to it without being too salty, spicy, or overpowering. It's the most popular topping on our famous New Haven style pizza! Our sausage comes from Longhini Sausage in New Haven. It is made fresh daily and delivered straight to our door! Just the right blend of spices make it delicious! Our bacon is hand sliced and pre-cooked to perfection, with Just the right smokiness and saltiness for an unforgettable treat!
Our "famous-recipe" meatballs are an old family tradition, passed down from Joey B himself!
Our thinly sliced, char grilled steak is a nice complement to any pizza. Add some grilled veggies and American cheese for an ultimate "steak-bomb" special!
We have loads of fresh veggies to choose from, all of which are hand sliced daily by our prep cooks. The healthy alternative to heavy meats!
We use freshly fried eggplant, fire roasted red peppers, baby artichoke hearts, black olives, green peppers, fresh white mushrooms, florets of broccoli so you don't get the heavy, chewy stems, and fresh white Spanish onions. Our spinach is whole leaf, and our pineapple is chunky Dole brand. We use fresh, sliced tomatoes, and hot spicy jalapenos and cherry peppers. Our garlic is freshly chopped daily, and we use the finest sun-dried tomatoes for a zesty treat on top of any pizza you choose!
Our seafood consists of chunk light tuna fish, Italian imported anchovies, baby chopped clams, and baby shrimp.
Our chicken is all white meat, either grilled to perfection, or freshly fried to a crispy delight! Add some of our own, secret-recipe buffalo sauce or our delicious BBQ sauce and you've made an awesome pizza concoction for you and your friends to enjoy! You can choose from several other cheeses in addition to mozzarella, for your pizzas, salads, and subs, such as Imported Greek feta, Italian Imported ricotta, and Danish Bleu/gorgonzola.
Ham is a popular topping for our pizzas as well. Simply add pineapple, and make it our "Hawaiian Special", or try turkey or salami on top of your pizza for a special and unique treat!
We use the finest pesto sauce we can find, loaded with fresh basil, pine nuts, and fresh garlic! Yummy!
You can order your pizzas red, with tomato sauce, or white, with just some olive oil, fresh chopped garlic and spices. Delicious!
Or, order your crust Extra Thick. For an "old fashioned" feel! Any way you slice it, you can be assured of the quality and consistency of Bimonte's.
